Passed peacefully away on Monday, January 10th at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, Herbert Wilfred Buckle Senior aged 86 years, formerly of Forteau, Labrador. Left to mourn his wife of 56 years Maisie Jenkins Buckle; daughter Shirley Buckle Osmond (Cyril); sons: Bruce Jenkins (Bev), Herbert Jr., Jason, Barry and Paul; grandchildren: Richard (Nancy), Corrina (Mike), Zack Keough, Toni, Dana (Sue) and Dion (Sarah) and eight great grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn brothers: Samuel, Sidney and Jehu, along with sisters: Rosie and Jeanie. He will be lovingly remembered and will always hold a very special place in the hearts of his family and friends. The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff of St. Clare's Mercy Hospital for their dedicated care. Cremation had take place. As requested by Herbert, there will be no wake or memorial service. In lieu of cards and flowers all donations can be made to The Children's Wish Foundation.
