Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home in the presence of her loving family at the age of 88 years, on Friday, January 15, 2016. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Maude O'Mara; husband Andy (Gump); granddaughter Michelle Hann; J.J. Duguay and her best friend Mercedes Dawson. Leaving to mourn her children Michael (Ellie), Andrew, Brian (Ruth), Carol (Ray Hann), David (Linda), Stephen (Donna); 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; brother Gerald O'Mara (Anna); brother-in-law Frank Joy (Marie). A large circle of nieces and nephews, their family members and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at 11 a.m. from St. Teresa's Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
