CAISSIE, JEANNETTE
1938 - 2016
Shediac, NB - Jeannette Caissie, 77, passed away at the Villa Providence, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, January 25, 2016, after a brief illness. Born in Lewisville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Pierre and Édith (Saulnier) Gallant.
Jeannette was very loving, caring and generous, she would of helped anyone in need. She loved to play cards with her sister, Gloria and her special niece, Annette.
Jeannette will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Dora (Armand) of St-Philippe, Irène and Angela both of Moncton; her three sons, Mike (Angela) of St-Philippe, Alyre Jr. of Moncton and Yvon of Ontario; her four sisters, Dora (late Alphonse) of Moncton, Thérèse (late Gérard) of Dieppe, Corrine (late Ernest) of St-Philippe and Gloria of Moncton; her special friend, Edmond Blackier; her eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Alyre; one son, Daniel; five brothers, Edward, Fred, Arthur, Pete and Gérard; two sisters, Mary and Rita.
Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 10 until time of service at Passage Funeral Chapel at 11 am. Burial will take place this spring in St-Philippe.
