CHISHOLM, FRANCES
Frances "Fran" Constance Chisholm, 86, of Moncton passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the Moncton Hospital with family by her side. Born in Campbellton she was a daughter of the late Frank and Bertha (Ferguson) Ward.
Fran's early working years were spent as a secretary with C.N.R. and then she worked for Lindsay Enterprises. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting but was most happy spending time with her family and always inspired them with her positive attitude towards life. She was a member of Saint Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Moncton.
Survived and sadly missed by her children Margot (Rodney) Blyth of Berry Mills, Patti (Darrell) Fitzsimmons of Irishtown and Frank (Joy) of Kitchener ; cherished grandchildren Matthew, Scott, Rachel, Emily, Lyndsie, Terra and Emma; great-grandchildren; Hannah, Nathaniel, Calvin, Kennedie and Shelby. Survived also by her sister-in-law Diane Ward of New Hamphsire; special friend William "Bill" Murray of Moncton and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by her husband Clarence (1987) and her brother Frank Ward.
There will be a family graveside service at Fairhaven Memorial Gardens with her son in law Rodney presiding.
If desired memorials to Saint Andrew's Presbyterian Church Building Fund or the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
