Hamlyn
Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side at Lakeside Homes, Gander on Thursday, February 11th, 2016, Frederick Cyrus Hamlyn in his 82nd year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories is his wife of 56 years, Clementine (nee Newman); two sons: David (Margot), Paul (Heather); grandchildren: Kurt, Jayne, Noah and Madison; brother: Walter (Margaret); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Emily and Cyrus Hamlyn; brothers: George, Howard, Tom, Richard, Albert, Calvin and Bob; sisters: Pearl, Carrie, Lola, Edna and Gladys. The funeral service was held Monday, February 15th at 2:00 p.m. from Fraser Road United Church, with Reverend Kathy Brett officiating followed by interment at All Saints Cemetery.
