COLIN DEVOE
We, the family of the late Colin Devoe, wish to extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone for their kindness, love and support during this difficult time. To our family, friends and neighbours, to those who travelled near and far to be with us and to attend the wake and funeral, those who visited ur homes, sent cards and flowers, brought food, made charitable and monetary donation, those who phoned, emailed and sent online condolences, we thank you. Thank to Fr. James Oliver, the choir and the CWL of Holy Family Parish for the beautiful mass and reception. Thanks to Kimberley Fraser and Stuart MacNeil for their beautiful music during the service. Thank you to the Honorary pall bearers, Tom Jeffries, Bobby Francis, Stanley MacLellan, Michael Boutilier, Keith Gillis, Louis Ferguson, John Popovich, Chris Matthews, Jeremy Matthews, Jeremy L. Matthews and Jamie MacDougall. A big thank you to Jim Prince who’s heartfelt uplifting Eulogy comforted us all. We would like to express our thanks to Dr. Doug Kohlsmith for everything he has done for Colin over the years and especially during his illness. We are grateful for the care and compassion of the staff at the Northside General Hospital, the Palliative Care Unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital and the VON. Thank you to Manning at Jobes Funeral Home for your professional guidance, kindness and continued support.
