Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Center after a courageous battle with cancer, aged 33. Predeceased by her father Michael Coady, aunts Marge, Elizabeth, Marie and Nora; and uncles Don, Patrick, and Mark. Leaving to mourn her mother Yvonne; stepfather Gerald; stepsisters Tina, Barb and Kelly; stepbrother Gerald; best friends Jim, Colleen, Melissa, James, and Shawn; godchild Noah; and a wide circle of family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Powell and her team, and the staff at 4NA for the care and compassion they had shown towards Alice. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Monday, February 22nd, 2016 from 10 a.m - 9 p.m, and Tuesday, February 23rd, 2016 from 10 a.m - 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 24th, 2016 at 11:30 a.m from The Carnell Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow the service in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Alice's memory to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic.
