Passed peacefully away on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, John Joseph Walsh aged 90 years. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Maud (Fifield); sisters Catherine (Churchill), Mary (Lacey) and special friend Marg Rogers. Left to cherish his life, nephews Andy (Betty), Don (Dot), Johnny (Linda); nieces Carol (Bill) and Patricia Lacey. John also leaves behind a large circle of friends and extended family. Special thanks to staff on 3 South, St. Patrick's Mercy Home. Cremation has taken place. Service to be held on Thursday, March 4 at 10 am from Caul's Chapel, LeMarchant Road. Inurnment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Topsail Road. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in John's memory to a charity of one's choice.
