Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield on Friday, March 18, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer, Mr. Stewart Harvey of Musgrave Harbour in his 80th year. Pre-deceased by his parents James and Abbie Harvey, step-father Andrew Mouland, brother Abraham, sister Lily, brothers-in-law Ralph Hicks and Harry Abbott. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Josie of 56 years, five sons Tony (Barbara), James (Cathy), Chesley (Brenda), Rex (Lisa), Craig, three daughters Christine West (Lloyd), Judy Russell (Dale), Susan Briggs (James), sister Alicia Abbott, 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren. Also, a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service took place on Tuesday, March 22nd from the Salvation Army Citadel in Musgrave Harbour with Majors Bill and Barb Pearce officiating. Internment followed from the Salvation Army Cemetery in Musgrave Harbour. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Kittiwake Funeral Home, Musgrave Harbour-Pound Cove.
