Frances Bernice MacRitchie, Baddeck, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2016 at the Victoria County Memorial Hospital, Baddeck.
Frances was born on Nov. 11, 1947 in Pictou, N.S.
She is survived by her husband, George; daughter, Cathy (Jason); son, Clifford (Wanda); stepchildren, Janice (Sean); Fraser (Marie); grandchildren, Allie, Josh, Shawntel; step-grandchildren, Tara, Jake, Ella, Kenneth; sisters, Mae; Judy (Roger); Christine (David); Francine (Mike); Sharon (Glen); Dora (Garth); Susan (Herb).
She was predeceased by her parents, Norma Lee and James Victor Lynch, her first husband, Philip DeCoste, Jr., sister, Janet, brothers, Charles and Wayne.
As per her wishes, her body has been donated to Medical Research and there will be no visitation. Memorial service on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 1 p.m. in Greenwood United Church, Baddeck with Rev. Alison Etter officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall.
