Peacefully passed away at Ukranian Canadian Care Centre on March 28, 2016. Pauline came to Canada from Ukraine in 1928, grew up in Sydney, Nova Scotia and in her twenties she moved to Toronto, Ontario. Predeceased by her husband John and brothers William, John, and Stevie. Will be lovingly remembered by sisters Annie, Katherine and brothers Walter (from Nova Scotia) and Tony (Anthony from Chatham). Will be greatly missed by many family and friends. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (at 14th St., between Islington and Kipling Aves., 416-259-3705) on Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Panakhyda at 7:30 p.m. Orthodox Rite of Funeral will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Demetrius Ukranian Orthodox Church.
