Passed peacefully, on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at the age of 82 years. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Myra Hunt and his brother Elias Hunt. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 54 years Bertha (nee Curtis), his beloved daughter Sandra Gill, (David) and special grandchildren Jessica Patey, Curtis and Gavin Gill, his brothers Edgar Hunt (Rosemarie) of Brampton, Herb Hunt (Susan) of Yellowknife, his sister Pat Johnston (Randy) and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
