Alexander James Calder
We, the family of the late Alexander James Calder, would like to extend a sincere thank you to our extended family, friends, neighbours and co-workers for their kind wishes and support. Your encouraging words, your phone calls, cards and the generous gifts of food all meant so much to us during our difficult time. A very special thank you to Father Dennis Lamey and Father Albert Maroun for officiating the perfect Funeral Mass in his honour; to Bill Curry and the wonderful T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel staff for their guidance and professionalism; to the members of the St. Theresa’s C.W.L for their compassion and support; to Donnie Campbell for his comforting music, which was exactly what Alex would have wanted; to Rose Conohan and her team for catering the reception; to the staff of the Renal Dialysis Unit of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, who were always so professional and caring; and to the many other doctors, nurses and support workers who helped care for Alex while he was ill. We are forever grateful to you all and your kindness will never be forgotten.
