Passed away peacefully on April 8th, 2016 at the Bonne Bay Health Centre in her 90th year. Leaving to mourn with loving memories her son Darrell (Dianne); daughter-in-law Alice; grandsons: David, Jonathan Knott; great-granddaughters: Elizabeth, Holly and Emma-lee; sister Pauline: brother Robert (Shirley) Kennedy; sisters-in-law: Marie Kennedy, Bess Kennedy, Gloria Burden and Patricia (Sidney) Roberts; brothers-in-law: Roland Pittman and Charles (Marigold) Burden. She was predeceased by her husband Clarence (Dick); sons: Clarence (Junior) and David; parents: Joseph and Josephine Kennedy; brothers: Charles, Walter (Bessie), Leander, Steve, Mike, Bill and Derrick; sister Sadie (Jack) Fitzpatrick; parents-in-law Patience and Joshua Burden; brothers-in-law: Heman (Hannah), Roland (Dulcie), Gordon, Matthew Lavers; sisters-in-law: Ella Burden and Mary Pittman. Visitation will be held at the Holy Spirit Parish Church in Norris Point on Saturday, April 9th, 2016 from 7-9 pm, Sunday, April 10th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place on Monday, April 11th, 2016 at 2 pm at the Church of the Good Shepard in Norris Point with Father Gabriel Selvanathan officiating. Interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery in Norris Point. Flowers and donations to a charity of one's choice will be gratefully accepted.
