Passed peacefully away on April 18, 2016 at the Health Science Centre, Stan Tizzard age 79 years. Predeceased by his parents Reuben and Bridget, his brother Christopher and sister Sheila Sullivan and parents-in-law Thomas and Margaret Maher. Leaving to mourn his wife Joan, daughter Christina and son Michael, sisters Mary Doyle and Anne Smith, brothers Austin and Eugene (Carol Ann), sisters-in-law Susan (Alastair) and Maureen and her daughter Mary, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. At Stan's request, cremation has taken place. Visitation from Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held from Mary Queen of Peace on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. with inurnment to follow. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Gathering Place or a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
