It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rick Fiander announce his sudden passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL on Monday, April 18, 2016 in his 65 year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Kathy (Katherine); daughter: Carrie (Stephen) O'Leary; Granddaughter: Emily; son: Colin (Marie) Fiander; mother: Shirley Fiander; brother: Bruce (Sandra) Fiander; sisters: Gloria Fiander (Arlie Gillhausen); and Kimberly Fiander (Rob Mills); and a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Horton Fiander in 1980. Visitation will take place from Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue, on Wednesday, April 20th from 7-9 PM & Thursday, April 21st from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral service will take place on Friday April 22nd, at 2:00 PM from All Saints Anglican Church, Clarence Street, with Reverend Tanya White officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
