LÉGER, ALPHONSE
Alphonse Léger, 97, of the Villa Providence, Shediac and formerly of Haute-Aboujagane, passed away on April 25th, 2016.  Born on March 21st, 1918 in Haute-Aboujagane, he was the son of the late Frank and Josephine (Richard) Léger.
He leaves to morn four generation, three daughters, Denise Duchesne (late Georges), Doris Brun (Philippe) both of Haute-Aboujagane and Diane Léger of Moncton; three sons: Marcel (Loraine) of Moncton, Levi of Halifax and Benoît of Edmonton; one brother, Léo (Bella) of Haute-Aboujagane; seven grandchildren: Lise, Roger, Vicky, Tina, Mario, Bruno and Manuel; 12 great-grandchildren: Véronique, Joël, Michel, Marielle, Jasmine (Kayla), Eric, Ryan, Mia, Émilie, Danika and Kayla; three great-great-grandchildren: Lucie, Sophie and Jacob, many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Adela (1992); second wife, Florida; one daughter, Rachel; one son, Frances (late Viola); many brothers and sisters.
By request there will be no visitation or funeral and no service.
