Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's on Monday, May 2, 2016, surrounded by family and friends, Harold Geoffrey "Geoff" Cook, age 62 years. Predeceased by parents Bernard and Drucella (nee Hussey) Cook. Leaving to mourn sons Sam and Davin of Ontario; brothers David (Sandra, deceased) and Bernard (Lori) of St. John's; nieces Carolyn Cook (Adam) and Jennifer Cook Graham (Johnny) of St. John's; nephews Jason Cook (Charla) of St. John's and John Cook of Ontario; lifetime friends Paul Snelgrove (Rose) and Tom Clift (Carol) of St. John's, as well as other relatives and friends. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Eastern Health and the pharmacists of Blackmarch Dominion for their help and kindness to Geoff. At Geoff's request, cremation has taken place with inurnment at a later date. There will be no service, however a reception in his honour will take place at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 2-4 pm.
