Peacefully, surrounded by family, the death occurred at the Provincial
Palliative Care Centre, Charlottetown on Thursday, May 19, 2016 of Leo
Francis Andrew Doyle, Charlottetown, formerly of Earnscliffe, age 72
years.
He was born on November 30, 1943, son of the late Bernard and
Eugenia (MacDonald) Doyle.
Husband of Caroline since July 9, 1966. Father of Lisa Doyle-MacBain (Rob) and Brady Doyle (Amy). Loving grandfather of Alex, Ashley and Amanda MacBain. He is survived by his sister, Celine Brazel, and sisters-in-law, Clare Doyle and Helen Doyle-Dunning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his son, Darren, and brothers, Joseph, Edwin and Francis.
He will be fondly remembered by his in-laws, descendants of the O’Brien
and Flynn families of Iona.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until 9:30 a.m. on Monday, then to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visitation Sunday 5-8 p.m.
