WASSON, KEN
It is with great sadness the family of Ken (Kenneth Edwin) Wasson announces that he went home to be with the Lord on June 13, 2016. Ken was born on June 2, 1942 in Saint John, NB and spent his last two years as a resident at the Dr. V.A. Snow Centre in Hampton, NB. He is survived by his wife Pamela (Smith) Wasson and daughter Kendra Wasson. He will be greatly missed by his siblings, extended family, friends, and all those who knew him.

Ken had a life long love of music, which began early in life when he started playing trumpet in the Salvation Army Band. Ken loved people and was known as a gentle, kind, and compassionate free spirit.

Resting at Brenan’s Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Rd., Saint John, NB (634-7425) with visitation on Thursday, June 16 from 2 to 5 and 6 to 9 PM. The funeral service will be held from Brenan’s Bay View Chapel on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 10 AM. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances in memory of Ken may be made to the St. John’s (Stone) Church Renovation Fund, the Dr. V. A. Snow Foundation Inc., or the Salvation Army.
