Passed away peacefully on June 13, 2016 at the Caribou Memorial Veterans Pavilion at the age of 91 years. Bruce was born in Shanghai China on March 17, 1925 to parents Walter Parsons of Montreal and Isobel (nee Hayward) Parsons of Manuals, NL. Leaving behind to mourn, his seven children and several grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 11am - 1pm.
