Passed peacefully away at home, June 20, 2016, a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Josephine, brother Harry and sister Jean Tapper. Leaving to mourn his wife of 62 years, Fannie and daughters Daphne Percy (Doug), Bernice Devereaux (Robert Perchard) and Tracy. Grandchildren Keith Percy (Kim Morecombe), Mark Percy, Curtis Percy (Candace), Jason Devereaux, Andrea Devereaux (Trent Hardy) and Jeff Devereaux (Brittany Baker). Great-grandchildren Katie and Chloe Percy, Ella Morecombe and Kylie and Jacob Percy. Also leaving sister Margaret Tucker (Harold deceased), brother Arthur (Jesse) and sister Betty Barnes (Ross), sisters-in-law, Dorothy Peterson (Peter), Shirley Wells (Murray), brothers-in-law, Calvin Cole (Willa) and Carl Cole (Sylvia). Cremation has taken place. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews from 7-9 pm Tuesday, June 21, 2015 and 2-6 pm Wednesday, June 22, 2016 with service to follow at Hickey's Chapel at 7 pm. Inurnment at a later date. No flowers by request. In lieu of flowers, Cecil requested that donations in his memory be made to the Children's Wish Foundation.
