Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, April 3, 2008, Lawrence Strugnell, age 78 years. Predeceased by his wife Julia (nee Surette). Leaving to mourn three daughters: Debbie Crane (Dave), Pauline Sainsbury (Les), and Rose Stephens (Dean); four sons: Tom (Mary), Eddie (Jean), Andy (Diane), and Ken (Joanne); twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; sister Minnie Abbott; brother George (Helen); also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation on Friday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, April 7, 2008 at 2 p.m. from All Saints Anglican Church, Pouch Cove.
