We, the family of the late John D. Gillis, would like to express a sincere thank you to all our family and friends who shared in our loss. We are deeply moved by each thoughtful gesture of kindness, memorial donations, cards, flowers, gifts of food, monetary donations, online condolences and visits from family far and near. Thank you to Tom and his staff from Dominion Guest Home. Sincere thank you to Elizabeth and all staff at the Maple Hill Manor who provided excellent care for our brother, John D. Also to Deacon Leo Penny for the wonderful service to the ladies of CWL Parish of St. Leonard for the lovely lunch. We would also like to thank John and his staff at the McLellan Brothers Funeral Home who went above and beyond for our family. The kindness and love of so many was overwhelming and we will be forever grateful. Thank you.
