We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming support, love, and care extended to our family during the loss of a wonderful husband, father, son, poppy, brother and uncle. Although his loss has left a tremendous void in our lives, it helps to know that we were truly blessed to share in the life of such a “special person”.

We sincerely appreciate the many words of comfort, cards, online condolences, donations to the Athletic Memorial Fund, visitations, phone calls, food and flowers.

A very special thank you to our C.C. Loughlin family that constantly supported us since Paul first became ill, Father Terry for the beautiful service, and the pallbearers, all of whom were lifelong friends. We would also like to thank Arlene d’Eon for the lovely music, Tony Griffin for the readings, all other individuals who participated in the Mass, and the All Hallow’s Women’s Group for providing the reception.

To the doctors and nurses on the Palliative Care and Cancer Unit, thank you so much for your care and compassion during Paul’s illness. A sincere thank you is also extended to Fillatre’s Funeral Home for their understanding and professionalism.

Although it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please be assured that every gesture of kindness and friendship was deeply appreciated.

Paul will always be remembered for his kind, caring and selfless way. He will forever remain in our hearts and memories. For honoring Paul’s memory, we truly thank you.
