We, the family of the late Rita Dalton (Kieley), wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all our relatives and friends who supported us, shared their sympathy on Mom’s passing, and celebrated her life with us at the visitation and funeral. Thank you to those who sent Mass cards, flowers, and food and made donations to Holy Cross Parish, Holyrood, and St. Martin de Porres Parish, Scarborough.
Thank you to the Bereavement Team of Holy Cross Parish for their guidance as well as for the Vigil at the funeral home. A special thank you to Fr. Michael Barker for the meaningful Eucharistic Celebration, and to the Holy Cross Choir for the lovely music. A special mention to Mom’s grandkids who participated so well in her Funeral Mass, especially her granddaughter, Georgia Oberer, who sang two beautiful solos. Nanny Rita would be proud of you all.
Thanks to the Star of the Sea Association for their visits to the funeral home and for the delicious luncheon they provided after the inurnment. A sincere note of appreciation to Hickey’s Funeral Home, especially Jimmy and Carolanne for their professional, yet personal, service.
