Doncaster, John K. – Age 47, of Grande Prairie, Alta., and formerly of Oxford, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at home. Born in Springhill, he was a son of Russell Eric and Margaret (Mattinson) Doncaster, Collingwood. He was employed with Xerox for more than 25 years. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, the former Sharon Wood; a daughter, Jennifer, Oxford; a sister, Evelyn Doncaster, Collingwood; a brother, Michael (Karen), London, Ont.; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation 1-2 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2016 at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro, where funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Rev. Lloyd Bruce officiating. Burial in the Parrsboro United Cemetery.
