It is with sad hearts, we announce our brother's passing on May 17, 2016 due to a number of health issues; he was born on June 29, 1938. Jackie enjoyed nature to his fullest. Those who knew him would understand this and of his kindness. He was predeceased by his parents, John & Margaret Hall (MacDougall); sister, Shirley Franks and brother, Billy; brothers-in-law, Ron Doucette and Sammy Goldberg.
Survived by his six brothers, Larry (Isabelle), Don (Emily), David (Glenna), Paul (Mary), Lionel (Patricia) all of Ont., Winston in Sydney ; four sisters, Christine Goldberg ,Que. , Mary Doucette and Joan (Frank ) Potter of Ont., Rose(Marie ) (Gary) McGean, North Sydney; brother-in- law, Dave Franks , Ont.; many nieces , nephews and cousins. The funeral mass was held at St. Bernadette's in Ornsby , Ont. with Father Gillis.Graveside service will be on Thursday, Aug.18th at 11 a.m., at Holy Cross Cemetery North Sydney, with Fr. Patrick O’Neil.
