Passed peacefully away at Cozy Quarters in Clarenville on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, Michael Francis Parsons of Southern Harbour, aged 80 years. Predeceased by his parents Wallace and Josephine Parsons; infant brother James; brothers Wallace and John; sister-in-law Minnie Parsons; brother-in-law Jack Leger; nephews Howie, John and Terrence Parsons and niece Yvonne Kocken. Left with fond and loving memories his sisters Madonna Leger, Annette Meritt (Wes) and Shirley Parsons (Violet); brother Lindy Parsons (Dola); sister-in-law Cecilia Parsons; a large number of nieces and nephews; and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Christ The King Roman Catholic Church, Southern Harbour. Funeral mass will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Christ The King Catholic Church, Southern Harbour with interment to follow at Roman Catholic Cemetery, Southern Harbour.
