It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom, Doreen Crosby, on July 13, 2016 at the age of 90 at Peace Arch Hospital, White Rock, BC.
Mom was born in Vancouver and moved to Gibsons in 1956. She worked at the original SuperValu and Don's Shoe Store. She enjoyed gardening, five pin bowling, her many friends and raising her family.
Mom moved to White Rock in 1978 where she met her long time companion, Tony Mabey. They traveled the world together two and three times a year, sometimes dancing the night away or visiting with new found friends.
Doreen is survived by her three children, Dal Crosby (Gail), Denise Kennett and Kim Price (Bill).
She is sadly missed by her companion Tony and his family, Kelly,  Shawn, Tyler, Britney and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Mom on Saturday, September 10 from 1pm-4pm at the
Clubhouse, 145 King Edward Street, Coquitlam, BC.
