The death occurred peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Center on Saturday, August 20, 2016 of Angus Campbell of Charlottetown and formerly of Red Point. Brother of Anne, Reta (Pedie) MacDonald, James (Lynda), George (Linda) and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Zita (nee Sutherland) and Hugh Campbell, sister Mary MacDonald, brothers Jerry and John. Resting at Hennessey Funeral Home in Charlottetown for visiting hours on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 7 - 9 p.m. then to Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 6 - 9 p.m. Funeral to be held on Wednesday morning, August 24, 2016 to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Souris for funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
