BRITTAIN, Barbara Ann – age 67 of Yarmouth, passed away at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital on September 5th, 2016. Born in Yarmouth on April 16th, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Clive and Ruby (Rice) Goodwin. Barbara was a wonderful person. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She loved camping and her computer. Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Crandall Brittain, Yarmouth; children, William “Bill” (Debbie Ewing), Napanee, Ontario; Patricia and Randy, both of Yarmouth; siblings, Shirley Rodgerson, Doreen Nickerson and Larry Goodwin, all of Yarmouth; Eddy Goodwin, B.C.; grandchildren, Barbara, Dean, Jessica, Sam, Jamie and Landon; great-grandchildren, Nixon and Meeya. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth. By request of the family there was no visitation or funeral service.
