We the family of Michael MacIntosh wish to offer our gratitude and love to our family and friends for the prayers, condolences, sympathy cards, food, flowers and donations. A special thanks to those who travelled to be with us at this difficult time. Thank you to those who attended the wake and the funeral mass. A special thanks to Fr. Norman MacPhee, the pallbearers, and those who participated in the church service honoring Mike’s memory. We are grateful to the Huff and Puff Hockey Team for forming an honour guard, Mike truly enjoyed the years he spent with you. We wish to express our sincere gratitude to all the physicians and nurses and other staff members who cared for Mike over the past 21 years while he was living with prostate cancer, especially Dr. Michael Gallivan, Dr. Ron MacCormick, Dr. Mahmoud-Ahmed, Dr. Sharieff, Dr. Ritter, Dr. Burns, the staff of the Cancer Center, Palliative Care, VON and EHS.
