It is with great sadness that the family of the late Derek Perry of Hawkes Bay announces his passing on Friday, September 16, 2016 at the Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 64 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children Brent (Wavey) Perry and Rhonda (Willy) Waters; grandchildren: Angelina (Brad), Austin, Jordan and Karley; his girlfriend Mildred House; brothers and sister Wade (Cathy) Perry, Rhoda (Keith) Maynard and Jack (Jeannie) Perry, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Juanita, parents John and Edna Perry, and brothers Chris and Larry Perry. Cremation has taken place. There will be no formal visitation or funeral service. Interment will take place at the Interfaith Cemetery, Sandy Cove. Arrangements were entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port au Choix.
