1942-2016
Cameron, Leonard D. passed away September 20, 2016, at Surrey Memorial Hospital, BC, after a lengthy illness. Survived by his wife Juanita, his children Shawn (Pamela) and Steffani, and his grandchildren Colum and Madelyn. Also survived by his brothers Cecil, Vernon, and Merrill, and by his sister Frances Doyle. Leonard was predeceased by his first wife, Shirley DesRoche, his parents Philip and Mildred Cameron, his sisters Helen, Mary, Edith, and Loretta, and his brothers Emmett J., Alan, and Raymond. Following cremation, his ashes will be taken to Whalley, BC, for celebration of Leonard's life at the Royal Canadian Legion, on September 30, 12:30-2:30 p.m., then to Carterville, Illinois, for interment in Juanita's family plot, with his children's blessings.
