Passed peacefully away at The Palliative Care Unit of the L.A. Miller Centre in the presence of his loving family on Friday, September 30, 2016, Ron Evans age 58 years. Predeceased by his wife Karen (nee Clancey); parents: Chesley and Julia Evans; sisters: Bernice, Judy and Joyce; brothers: Alex and Allen. Leaving to mourn with fond memories his three daughters: Rhonda Evans (Ernie Snow), Jill Hynes (Eric) and Holly Evans (Billy Putt); two sons: Jason (Calyssa Gibbons) and Jodi (April); grandchildren: Mackenzie and Amelia Evans, Brooke Hynes, Benjamin Gibbons, Aliya and Liam Pridham; sisters: Betty, Esther, Mothie, Geraldine, Carolann, Sandra, Patsy, Julia, Brenda and Jennie; brothers: Clarence and Gilbert; also many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Sunday from 7-9 pm and then on Monday from 10 am - 9 pm. Funeral service to be held from Barrett's Chapel on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations may be made to The Dr. H.
