Violet Lowe (nee Davison)
Passed away peacefully with family by her side on August 31, 2016 at her home in Lakeview Manor, Beaverton, Ontario.
Violet was born in Niggs, Scotland on July 13, 1922 and immigrated to Canada at the age of 12 years to live with her Aunt Jean Rose. Violet was the loving wife of the late Arnold Lowe and mother to Barbara, Patsy (Doug), the late Sidney(Helen, deceased), the late Arnold Jr., Sandra(Garth, deceased), the late Bonnie, the late Diane(Randy) and Lucille(Ted). Violet will be fondly remembered by her sister Emily Lindsay of Scotland, her ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren and special friends Lucy Lowe, Rae Hall and Patty Crocker.
The family wishes to express heartfelt appreciation to the caring and compassionate staff from the Old Mill in Lakeview Manor. At Violet’s request, cremation has taken place and a private interment was at Mountain Cemetery, Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
