At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, October 28, 2016, of Herbert Patrick McQuaid of Charlottetown, age 73 years. He is survived by his daughter Dr. Nancy McQuaid, Ottawa, ON; Nancy’s mother Mel Swarbrick, Pictou County, NS; sister Peggy (Brian) Gallant, Nepean, ON; and his second wife Cathy Fraser, Pictou County, NS. He was predeceased by his parents Urban and Mary (nee Hayley) McQuaid. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 11 a.m. in The Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. All are welcome.
