Peacefully with his family at his side at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, October 31, 2016 of Lloyd Otis MacLeod of Charlottetown and formerly of Orwell in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of Vivian (nee Stewart) and dear father of Carl (Debbie), Kathy (Bernie) Flanagan, Anne (Scott) MacDonald and Jennifer (Lorne) MacLean. Loving Grampy of Tyler, Jeff and Erin Flanagan, Matthew and Evan MacLeod, Nick and Jaime MacDonald, Abby and Aidan MacLean and Great Grampy to Jaxson, Easton and Owen. Brother of Ellie (Bobby) Crane. Lloyd was predeceased by his parents Percy and Margaret (Bruce) MacLeod and brother Gerald (Shirley). Lloyd’s family would like to give a special thank you to doctors, nurses and staff of Unit #3 of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for the wonderful care given to him. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Orwell Pioneer Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Lloyd may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.
