We wish to extend heartfelt appreciation to friends, neighbours and colleagues for their loving kindness and support. Thank you for the calls, visits, condolences, cards, food, flowers and memorial donations. Special acknowledgements go to Roy and Viola Myers along with Lou and Rachel Short, who provided help for Donna and her mom before, during and after Donna’s illness. Thank you to Shari MacLeod, for being Donna’s confidante during her poor health. Also we acknowledge Theresa Hughes for opening her home and providing sandwiches and refreshments to friends and relatives after the interment service in Stellarton. Tender home care was provided by VON and in particular by Ann Andrea and Karen MacDonald. Once Donna entered the hospital she was aided greatly by Dr. Anne Frances D’Intino and the staff of the An Cala Palliative Care Unit. We are grateful to Rev. Doug Murphy and Rev. Barrett Clare-Johnson, for their words of consolation and hope. Thank you to the readers at the memorial service, Anne Radzikowski, Peyton Chisholm and Bonnie MacLeod. A final thank you to Annette Graham and the staff at T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel, for their guidance and professionalism.
