Peacefully, with her husband Skip and sister Marion by her side, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, the passing of Ivy Young, of St. Eleanors, aged 68 years. Born in Summerside, she was the daughter of the late J. Arnold and Kathleen (Lister) Praught. Survived by her husband Walter “Skip” Young; daughter Ivy Rose Young; her son Rick (Jacqueline) Sorensen Young; grandchildren Jarret, James, Ben and Jordan; sisters Sheila Gelinas, Marion (Denton) Clow; brothers Joe (Carol) Praught, Clair (Karen) Praught, Michael (Debbi) Praught, Bobby (Leah) Praught; and a sister-in-law Margie Praught. Predeceased by her son Jason, in infancy; a brother Peter Praught; and by a brother-in-law Ted Gelinas. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service, will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment in Peoples Cemetery, Summerside.
