77, Halifax, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016, at home. Born in Charlottetown, PEI she was a daughter of the late Herbert and Esther (Rattenbury) Pletch. She will lovingly be remembered by her siblings, Andrew Pletch (Olga Kanashiro), New Paltz, N.Y. and Deborah Tanton, Charlottetown, PEI; She is also survived by her step children, nieces, nephews and many friends. She was predeceased by her husband, William “Wally” Walton. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, where visitation will be held on Friday, December 2 from 1-2 p.m. A Service of Remembrance will follow at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel, with a reception to follow. Interment will take place at a later date in Prince Edward Island. Donations in Anne’s memory may be made to the SPCA or Humane Society.
