Passed away suddenly, at Health Science Complex, on Friday, December 9, 2016, Cecil Francis Stamp, of St. Vincent's, St. Mary's Bay, aged 66 years. Predeceased by parents Valentine and Mary Helen Stamp and brothers Valentine (Jr.) and Thomas Stamp. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 41 years, Ann (nee Conway); devoted children: Ivan Stamp, Kim Finlay (Sheldon), Chris Stamp (Nicole) and Kerry Stamp (Matt); grandchildren: Colby, Maddox and Ryder, sisters Virginia Houston (Francis) and Rita Smith (Al), sister-in-law Bernice and a close circle of family and friends. A special thank-you is extended to the staff of 4 North, HSC. Resting at the Fr. Battcock Memorial Chapel, St. Vincent's, on Saturday, December, 10 from 7-9 pm (family only) and on Sunday, December 11, 1-4 pm; 7-9 pm.
