We, the family of Doreen (Rene) Coakley, would like to express our gratitude and sincere appreciation to everyone for their kindness, love and support during the recent loss of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. Our families, friends and neighbors were such a wonderful support during our great loss.
To everyone who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, placed calls, or prepared and sent delicious food to our home, we will be forever grateful. A special thank you to Fr. Ray Huntley for his excellent eulogy, warmth and sincerity during the Celebration of Mom’s Life; to the staff at V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home for their professionalism, to the Army Navy Air Force Unit 217 for preparing an excellent luncheon, the lectors: her niece, Patricia McDonald and close friend, Myrna MacDonald and her grandchildren, Joseph and Myrna Gillis who brought up the Offertory gifts and last but not least, Dr. Stephen Farrell and the staff of New Waterford Consolidated Hospital.
