We, the family of the late Archie Murphy, wish to express our sincere appreciation to our relatives and friends who supported us during this very difficult time in losing our father, grandfather, brother and uncle. The support from everyone who attended the visitation and funeral, the messages of condolences, flowers and cards, donations in Archie’s name, was very much appreciated. Special thanks to Dr. Ghena and the many doctors and nurses who cared for Archie over the last month. To his close friend Mary Liz Almon, thank you for all you did for Archie, you were a great friend. Thank you to Father Paul MacGillvary for the prayer of the sick and to Father Patrick O’Neill for your visitation and prayers at the funeral home, and for the beautiful service celebrating Archie’s life with your consoling words, was very much appreciated. To the altar servers at the mass, to the choir and the Ladies Auxiliary for the beautiful lunch at the reception, our deepest thanks. To nieces Angela Eyking and Sandra MacIntosh for the readings and to Karen Ivey and Paula LeBlanc for presenting the gifts, thank you. To Peter Walsh, Dan Campbell and staff of W.J. Dooley Funeral Home, thank you. Your professionalism and caring ways are certainly a tribute to your profession, you are a great team!
