Departed peacefully from this world on December 16, 2016 at Pleasant View Towers, Edward Patrick Tobin, in his 88th year. He is predeceased by his first wife Mary (nee Kennedy) and his second wife Mary (nee Long). He leaves behind with loving memories his daughters Arlene (Rose) and Laverne (Hutchings); sons-in-law Derek Rose and Gordon Whiteway; grandsons Jonathan and Christopher Rose; grandsons Nathan and Brandon Hutchings and stepsons Paul and Carl Hansford. A very special thank you to the staff at Pleasant View Towers, 1 South West, for providing him with a loving and family centered environment. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road. A prayer service will take place at 11 am on Monday, December 19, 2016 with visitation to follow from 12-4 pm and 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. John's SPCA in memory of his love for animals.
