Passed away peacefully at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Friday, December 16th, 2016. Predeceased by her husband Ralph Ploughman, parents Francis and Hannah Fagan, brothers: Peter, Sylvester, Michael, Hilary and sister-in-law Josephine. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons: Barry, Anthony and Kenneth, brother Dr. William Fagan, sister Loretta Barron (Jeremiah) and sisters-in-law Elizabeth and Marie and a large circle of family and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff and residents of Bonaventure Retirement Home and St. Clare's Mercy Hospital for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place at Madeline's request. The family will receive visitors at Caul's Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 2 p.m. from Caul's Chapel.
