It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of such a beautiful soul, Barbara Jean Hennick (Demone), Kitchener ON, formerly from Sydney NS. Born Jan. 17, 1948 passed on Dec.22, 2016. Daughter of the late Mary and Freeman Demone. Barbara is survived by her devoted husband, Tom Hennick and children, Ray, Scott (Lisa),Cheryll (John Paul) Duquette and Christina (Matt) Beingessner; 12 siblings; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and many family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and interment will be in Sydney at a later date.
A celebration of life will be held on Jan 21, 2017 at 307 St. Ann Ave., St Agatha, ON from 1-4 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, a donation to the Grand River Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated.
