Passed peacefully away on January 18th, 2017 at the Health Sciences Centre, age 92. Predeceased by his wife Dorothy, parents Charles and Elizabeth, brother Herbert and sister Elizabeth (Anstey). Left with fond and loving memories his devoted niece Leslie (Anstey) Osmond, nephews Kenneth and Charles Anstey. Charles was a long standing member of the Mount Pearl Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and resided at Hillcrest Estates Personal Care Home. Family wish to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Hillcrest Estates for their care and kindness. Cremation has taken place.
