We regret to announce the peaceful passing (following a courageous battle with cancer) of a Dear Mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, sister-in-law and friend. She leaves to mourn many siblings, her children: Debbie, Florence (Nick), Don (Melanie), Connie, Diane (Marc), Ann Marie (Greg), and Darrell; her grandchildren: Sarah, Dianna, Stephen, Madeline, Kyle, Sheila-Lynn, Evan, Andrea, Erica, Caroline and Emily, and her great-grandson, Griffin. She was a very strong, gentle and loving mother. She will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 70 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, Monday, February 6 from 1-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 7th at St. Teresa's Church, Mundy Pond Road at 11:00 a.m. In her memory, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. Flowers gratefully accepted.
